Step 1 - Initial instruction
The process by which we seek compensation for your injury is governed by Civil Law under the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). This sets out how personal injury claims must be conducted.
Our first task is to obtain full details from you regarding the circumstances of the incident, the financial losses you have suffered and the injury sustained.
