Sunshine Legal is a trading name of Lupton Fawcett LLP, one of the foremost legal practices in the North of England.


The firm has been established for over a century, and has for many years represented clients with Personal Injury cases.


A new name, yes. But Sunshine Legal encompasses all the integrity, professionalism and values that have been the hallmark of the firm since its foundation in 1892.

 

Lupton Fawcett LLP are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

What we do

Based in Leeds, the most important centre for legal services in the UK outside the City of London, Lupton Fawcett has 34 Directors and a staff of approximately 200. We provide a comprehensive range of specialist expertise, including the full spectrum of commercial legal services.

 

Our Lawyers have a wealth of experience in Personal Injury matters. We specialise in accidents that occur on the roads, at work, in public places or from medical malpractice.


Our Services

We are able to offer sympathetic and practical legal advice. We offer initial free consultation, either face to face, on the telephone and online. Our services can be provided on a no win no fee basis, which is a "free service" within the legal rules or through a ‘before the event’ legal expense insurance retainer. We do not deduct monies from clients’ damages nor ask them to take out unnecessary insurance policies or loans.
